You're looking at a vintage JEN Elettronica Double Sound Wah. This is a really cool wah pedal that offers both the standard wah sound PLUS a distorted wah sound via the toggle switch on the side. The treadle mechanism does not keep it in the 'up' position at all times. Otherwise the wah works well.
